In the bedroom you will find a full bed, flat screen tv and tall wardrobe cabinet. Through the bedroom is the full bath. There is a coin operated laundry facility for the condo, 2 beach chairs in the storage room labeled "Duffy" below the unit, and an outdoor open shower. No Pets Linens and towels not included. Minimum age requirement is 25. Guests are required to provide id and sign a lease agreement.
