Home and everything in it were fantastic. We had a minor issue with damage to a towel rack. It came off the wall and the one side came out and needed to be repaired. The invoice received was very high for the extend of the damage. Home owner accepted an amount that I thought was reasonable. Otherwise, communication was great

This property was exactly as described. My family and I felt right at home. The property was beautiful and very well kept, which made our stay that much more lovely! It is also worth mentioning the parking space, the outdoor showers, the storage space for your beach items and the washer and dryer on site are super convenient for a long stay. We cannot wait to plan our next visit :)

As described and shown in pictures, this rental is exactly as listed; Brand New! The decor, unit, furniture and property are immaculate. For my family, we had everything we needed. A few short blocks to the beach entry, shorter Crest distance to the ocean, nearby playground/splash park, public park, music entertainment stage & bike rental….everything is close. The block was quiet and it was perfect that our unit (104) had an off-street parking space. We will definitely consider this rental for future stays! Thank you for a wonderful vacation property.
