Pillows and comforters for each bed are included and there are two off-street parking spots, an outdoor shower, gas grill and stoned back yard. Bed Configuration: 2 Kings, 2 Fulls, and 2 Full over Full bunks with twin trundles. No Pets Linens and towels not included. Minimum age requirement is 25. Guests are required to provide id and sign a lease agreement. No smoking or vaping on the property.

Great home for 12 people. It sleeps and fits 12 comfortably. Location is quiet and safe. It has ample parking and an elevator for easy access. We enjoyed our stay here - I would recommend coming here if you have a large group!
